ATTENTION: The OneCard/Parking Service Center is experiencing a phone outage. Technicians are working on a resolution. Please reach out to onecard@wayne with any questions/issues. If you are having issues at a parking gate please call the Parking Command Center at 313-577-1979.

Citation payments or appeals
To pay or appeal a citation, you must first log in to your account. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one to access the citation portal.  Make sure you include the "W" when entering the citation number with no space between the letter and numbers - for example, W9123456
