Note: To renew/purchase a parking pass, you are required to resolve all unpaid citations. Any outstanding balance will automatically be added to your basket at checkout. 

In observance of the holiday closure, the OneCard/Parking Service Center will be closed from 2:00 pm on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, through Friday, January 2, 2026.  The office will re-open on Monday, January 5, 2026. 

Renewing your parking pass before December 24, 2025, helps ensure your service continues without interruption.


Affiliate Authentication

Visitor Account  – for those non-wsu students who are paying citations or purchasing a temporary overnight pass.  (students/staff should not create guest accounts)

Affiliate Account – for WSU Affiliates such as residents of Studio One Apartments, the Union at Midtown, orCass and Ferry Apartments, who have purchased their first semester of affiliate parking in the OneCard/Parking Service Center and need to renew. You must have had an account created for you by the Onecard/Parking Service Center to login.

WSU Student/Staff Account – Use your Academica login information to log into your parking account below. Please note that if you are purchasing a parking permit for the first time, you will need your OneCard to enter/exit your assigned location until you get your RFID hangtag in the mail.
